Circus Starr became a CIC in 2011, this underpins our work as a company for the last 24 years - raising the profiles of local and vital charities and donating tickets to these local communities, through the art of circus.

For every performance the dedicated Circus Starr team generate income via sponsorships and donations from local businesses in the area. This enables us to run our unique Donated Ticket Scheme, where tickets are given completely free of charge to children’s charities and community groups enabling underprivileged children and children with disabilities to enjoy a memorable day at the circus.

Over the years we have enabled over 1 million children the chance to see and experience the magic of circus. We profoundly believe that without Circus Starr many of these children wouldn’t have ever had the opportunity to enjoy such a day. This is often a unique experience that remains with a child for the rest of their life.

Circus Starr receives hundreds of letters of thanks each year and we are very pleased that our work is truly changing people’s lives.
