CIRCUS STARR 2008 UK TOUR! From the heart of
British circus, the country’s favourite touring family show will be
celebrating its 21st Birthday
season with a truly fantastic galaxy of Big Top Stars. With a packed
programme of laughter and thrills for all the family, CIRCUS STARR will be performing to
audiences of all ages in more than 65 towns and cities in England, Scotland
and Wales.
Boasting more
laughs per smile, the comedy doesn’t come any funnier than in the presence of
the hilarious PETER SANDOW & CO. His side-splitting antics involve a
crazy car with a mind of its own; a frantic plate spinning routine in which a
dozen china plates are precariously balanced on top of slender rods; and the
brilliant Ghost Buster routine! Peter
has established a huge international reputation having appeared in many of
Europe’s leading circuses. The JULIO
ACROBATIC TROUPE from the Bulgarian State Circus will have the audiences
on the edge of their seats with their high-adrenaline acrobatics. From springboard to Russian swing – they defy
gravity in an amazing series of thrilling heart-stopping routines.
With grace, skill
and sheer beauty the international aerial artiste TRACY JONES will
present her acclaimed Corde Lisse act high above the circus ring. Throughout the season, a range of exciting international circus stars
will also be appearing as guest artistes as they join CIRCUS STARR’s 21st Birthday season celebrations. |
